Who Evening and Sunday Visits Can Suit

Late weekday and Sunday hours can help when your days are full. For example, they can suit:

  • Shift workers, including hospital staff
  • Parents who plan around school and child care
  • Students with classes during the day
  • People who can't leave work during the day
  • Commuters who work outside Hamilton during the week
  • Caregivers who look after a family member in the daytime

Evening and Sunday visits are one on one with a registered physiotherapist, like any other visit.

The Same Prices on Every Day We're Open

Our prices are the same on every day we're open. Your first visit is free for new patients: a full assessment and your first treatment. It's never billed to your insurer, and there's no obligation to continue.

At your first visit, the full assessment takes about 60 minutes. Follow-up visits after that are $95 for 30 minutes, one on one with a registered physiotherapist.

We bill most insurers directly, including Sun Life, Manulife, Canada Life, Blue Cross, GreenShield and Desjardins. WSIB and car accident claims are billed directly too. We're a private clinic and don't bill OHIP. See fees and coverage for more.

You don't need a doctor's referral to see a physiotherapist in Ontario. Some insurance plans want a doctor's note before they pay, so check your plan before you book.

Tips for Booking an Evening or Sunday Time

  1. Check open times online

Book online to see which evening and Sunday times are open. You can also call us at 289-205-8255.

  2. Book a few days ahead

If you can, book a few days ahead. That gives you more times to choose from.

  3. Keep the same time each week

If you need more than one visit, ask about booking the same day and time each week. A set time is easier to plan around.

  4. Bring your benefits card

We bill most insurers directly, so bring your benefits card. For a WSIB or car accident claim, bring your claim details too.

Planning Around Your Week

If you work days, a weekday evening visit can fit in after work. We're open until 8:00pm, Monday to Friday.

If your weekdays are full, Sunday is another choice. We're open from 11:00am to 4:00pm, and we're closed on Saturday.

Your physiotherapist may also give you exercises to do at home. You can do them at a time that suits you, between visits.

Not sure which time to choose? Call us at 289-205-8255, and we can go over the open times with you.
