Physiotherapy Near Dundas FAQs
How far is your clinic from Dundas?
We are at 1280 Mohawk Rd #103 in Ancaster, about a 10 to 12 minute drive from downtown Dundas. Most people come up Ogilvie Street to Governors Road, or take Main Street through University Plaza and up the hill.
Parking is free directly outside the clinic door, so the trip ends without circling a lot.
Why drive to Ancaster for physiotherapy?
People from Dundas choose us for how the visits work: every appointment is 45 to 60 minutes, one on one with the same registered physiotherapist. There are no assistants and no double booked time slots.
Your first assessment and first treatment are also free, and they are not billed to your insurance.
Is my first visit really free?
Yes. New patients get a full assessment plus their first treatment at no charge, and we do not bill your insurer for it. Your yearly benefits stay untouched while you find out what is wrong and whether our approach fits.
There is no obligation to continue afterward. If you do not need treatment, we tell you that too.
Do you offer direct billing?
Yes. We bill most major insurers directly, including Sun Life, Manulife, Canada Life, Blue Cross, GreenShield and Desjardins. You only pay any portion your plan does not cover.
Do I need a doctor's referral?
No. In Ontario you can see a physiotherapist directly. Some extended health plans ask for a referral before they reimburse, and we can help you check yours before your visit.
How much does physiotherapy cost?
Your first visit is free. After that, sessions are priced in line with private physiotherapy clinics in the Hamilton area, and we tell you the exact fee before you book anything.
We also check your insurance coverage with you first, so there are no surprise bills. Call 289-205-8255 for current rates.
What do you treat?
Back and neck pain, shoulder and knee problems, sciatica, sports and running injuries, arthritis, and recovery after surgery. We also treat vertigo and dizziness, concussion, whiplash, workplace injuries through WSIB, and car accident injuries through auto insurance.
How soon can Dundas patients get in?
Most new patients are seen within a few days. We are a single therapist clinic and keep the schedule tight on purpose. Call 289-205-8255 and we will tell you the next opening straight away.
Is the clinic accessible?
Yes. Parking is free at the door and the entrance is level, with no stairs. The clinic works well for walkers, wheelchairs and anyone who finds stairs difficult.
Do you see patients from Greensville and west Flamborough too?
Yes. Patients come from Dundas, Greensville, Copetown, Lynden and across west Hamilton. The drive from most of these areas is under fifteen minutes.
