Came here for a lower back issue that had been nagging me for a while. What I appreciated most is Dhiman didn’t just treat the pain — he actually explained what was going on with my back and why it was happening. The focus was on strengthening it so it doesn’t keep coming back, not just quick relief. I left each session actually understanding my body better. Would definitely recommend if you’re dealing with back pain in Hamilton.
Wonderful experience, my hip pain went from 8/10 to 0/10 with his help, I will come back! Also clinic is clean, fresh & appointments are timely.
Very thorough assessment. I am very pleased with the attention to details and help recieved from this clinic.
Very clean, welcoming environment.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Would definitely recommend to anyone.
I chose Interlink Physiotherapy based on glowing reviews and found them fully deserved. My doctor referred me for persistent shoulder pain spanning several months, which an ultrasound diagnosed as bursitis and tendinitis. Dhiman patiently outlined my recovery expectations and timeline, while attentively addressing my concurrent elbow injury. He crafted a tailored program that accelerated my healing, ensuring I never felt hurried or unheard.
Super helpful and always very friendly! Went here for an ankle injury and found lots of improvement in the time I was here. They are also always on time and I have never had to wait. They’re in the Hamilton/Ancaster area, definitely check them out if you need physio!
I came in with a workplace injury on my foot and was having trouble with mobility and pain. Dhiman was incredibly professional and passionate with his approach on my care plan. Over the weeks he helped me improve my pain and mobility allowing me to get back to full hours and duties on my job. I highly recommend him since he takes the time to listen and explain things clearly so we as clients can understand the injury and process on healing. Thank you for much for getting me back to myself.
Highly recommend. Dhiman and his staff are kind, professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. I had a knee injury and with his treatment over a couple of visits my injury has healed. The office is well-organized, clean and comfortable. I will be back and recommend my family and friends to visit.
I went for physiotherapy due to knee pain from a running injury. The treatment plan was structured and focused on proper recovery, not just short-term relief. My pain has reduced significantly, and I’m now able to run comfortably again. Highly recommend for sports-related injuries.
Interlink Physiotherapy is fantastic! Dhiman is welcoming, professional, and truly cares about your recovery. He explained everything clearly and helped me heal quickly. Great clinic and great experience. I would highly recommend!
I would highly recommend Interlink for physiotherapy sessions. Dhiman is very knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to fully understand what your issues are and making sure he gets a full picture before beginning treatment. He includes you in setting goals and expectations. His treatments are varied and he explains why we would do each exercise. Furthermore, he would provide exercises or stretches to complete at home. Always felt at ease and comfortable to ask any questions or further clarification on anything discussed. Dhiman was integral in my recovery from an injury and wouldn't hesitate in recommending him to others.
The space is very clean and the equipment kept in great shape.
All staff are very welcoming and friendly making for a great atmosphere for recovery.
Dhiman went out of his way to support our son during his broken leg recovery. The entire team at Interlink made sure we were cared for, accommodated our schedules and made our son feel special. Breaking a leg at 10 isn’t easy- but having Dhiman explain how to recover, build confidence and create exercises tailored to our son made all the difference. Thank you!

New patients
Free Assessment and First Treatment for Hamilton Patients
Most benefit plans only cover a handful of physiotherapy visits a year. A full recovery usually takes more than that. So your first visit is free. You get a full assessment and your first treatment, and we do not bill your insurance for it. Your coverage stays for the visits that follow. If you do not need physiotherapy, we will tell you.
New patients only. The free visit is not billed to any insurer. Treatment is given only where it is clinically appropriate. There is no obligation to continue.
What to expect
Your First Visit, Step by Step
A full hour, one on one with a registered physiotherapist. Here is how it works.
1We listen
Your physiotherapist asks about your history, your pain, and what you want to get back to. No rushing.
2We assess
A hands on check of movement, strength and function to find the cause, and a baseline so progress can be measured.
3Treatment starts
You get treatment at the same visit, usually hands on work plus your first exercises. Nothing is billed to your insurance for this visit.
4Your plan
You leave knowing what is going on, what the plan is, and roughly how long it takes. Each visit builds on the last.
Most new patients are seen within a few days.
