Orthotics are shoe inserts shaped to your feet. They change how your foot meets the ground and can take pressure off sore spots. People often come to us about these problems:

How Getting Custom Orthotics Works
From your scan to your fitting visit takes about 1 to 2 weeks.

We ask about your pain and your day. We watch you stand and walk, then check your feet, ankles, knees and hips.
3D foot scan
If orthotics suit you, we take a 3D scan of each foot. It's quick, with no plaster or foam. If your plan needs a prescription, we scan once you have it.
Your pair is made
Unique Orthotics, a lab in Vaughan, Ontario, builds your pair from the scan. It's ready in about 1 to 2 weeks.
Fitting visit
We check the fit in your shoes and show you how to break them in. You also leave with a few exercises for home. It's a regular $95 visit.
