On Mohawk Road, at the West Edge of the Mountain
Interlink Physiotherapy is at 1280 Mohawk Rd #103, Ancaster. We're on Mohawk Road, just east of the Meadowlands, on the western edge of the Hamilton Mountain.
Ancaster has been part of the City of Hamilton since 2001.
If you live on the Mountain, you can stay on the Mountain for the whole drive. Mohawk Road and the Linc both run across it.
Drive Times From Mountain Neighbourhoods
This table groups the Mountain by city ward. The West Mountain is west of Garth Street. The West/Central Mountain runs from Garth Street to Upper Wellington Street. The Central Mountain runs roughly from Upper Wellington Street to Upper Gage Avenue. The East Mountain is roughly east of Upper Gage Avenue.

Neighbourhood names are based on the City of Hamilton's neighbourhood map. Ward 14 is on the West Mountain, Ward 8 is the West/Central Mountain, Ward 7 is on the Central Mountain and Ward 6 is on the East Mountain. Drive times are approximate and change with traffic.
Getting Here From the Mountain
Mohawk Road and the Linc both cross the Mountain from east to west.
Mohawk Road
On its way west, Mohawk Road crosses Upper Gage Avenue, Upper Wentworth Street, Upper James Street and Garth Street. Our clinic is on Mohawk Road, so you can follow it west to our door.
The Linc
Near its west end, the Lincoln Alexander Parkway (the Linc) has an exit for Golf Links Road and Mohawk Road. That exit gets you onto Mohawk Road, where our clinic is.
Free parking
Parking is free, right outside the door. The clinic is on the ground floor, with no stairs at the entrance.
Open Evenings and Sundays
We're open Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 8:00pm, and Sunday from 11:00am to 4:00pm. We're closed on Saturday.
Evening and Sunday visits are one on one with a registered physiotherapist, like any other visit. Book online to see open times, or call us at 289-205-8255.

How far is the clinic from the Hamilton Mountain?
We're on Mohawk Road at the Mountain's western edge. The drive is about 8 minutes from the West Mountain and about 10 from the West/Central Mountain. It's about 12 from the Central Mountain and about 18 from the East Mountain. Times change with traffic.
Is the clinic in Hamilton or Ancaster?
Both. Our address is in Ancaster, which has been part of the City of Hamilton since 2001. We're on Mohawk Road, just east of the Meadowlands.
Do you have parking?
Yes. Parking is free, right outside the door. The clinic is on the ground floor, with no stairs at the entrance.
Are you open on Sundays?
Yes. We're open Sunday from 11:00am to 4:00pm. On weekdays we're open 8:30am to 8:00pm, and we're closed on Saturday.
Do you bill my insurance?
Yes. We bill most insurers directly, including Sun Life, Manulife, Canada Life, Blue Cross, GreenShield and Desjardins, plus WSIB and car accident claims. As a private clinic, we don't bill OHIP.
Do I need a referral?
No. In Ontario, you can see a physiotherapist without a doctor's referral. Some insurance plans want a doctor's note before they pay, so check your plan.
Do you offer custom orthotics?
Yes. The orthotic assessment is free, and a pair costs $300 to $500. The fitting visit is a regular $95 visit. You pay us and then claim from your insurer, as our custom orthotics page explains.
Can I get to the clinic from the Linc?
